Best Birth & Beyond is our comprehensive four-week childbirth and breastfeeding education series designed to help you approach birth with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools. Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, partner practice, and meaningful connection, you'll explore the incredible process of labor and birth while learning how to navigate your options and make informed decisions that feel right for you. From understanding labor hormones and the stages of birth to practicing comfort techniques, exploring interventions, preparing for postpartum recovery, and building a strong foundation for breastfeeding, this series goes beyond the basics to prepare you for the entire journey. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, considering an epidural, or simply keeping your options open, our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way. Cancellation Policy
We understand that pregnancy and life can be unpredictable! Because class sizes are limited and your registration reserves a spot in our series, the following cancellation policy applies: 7 or more days before the first class: A full refund is available, less any nonrefundable processing fees. Less than 7 days before the first class: Registration is nonrefundable, but you may request to transfer to a future series, subject to availability. Missed classes: Refunds and prorated credits are not provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. Pregnancy or birth-related circumstances: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending, please reach out. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. Instructor or class cancellations: If Boise Birth Village must cancel the entire series, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another available series. If an individual class must be rescheduled, we will arrange a makeup date or alternative instruction.
