Heather Schultz

Heather's journey into the doula world began over 17 years ago when she learned firsthand the difference a doula can make, not only for birth, but in the postpartum period as well.  As someone who has personally gone through a traumatic birth experience, recovered from postpartum depression, and had a redemptive birth, she can relate to many of the feeling and needs of those she supports.  Heather is deeply passionate about supporting women and families with choice and autonomy in labor as well as ensuring that the first few months at home get off to a solid start.  As a DONA trained and certified doula in both the birth and postpartum realms, she can offer expert support for your needs.  A wife of 25 years, and a Mother for 22, she brings compassion and experience to every family she supports.

Postpartum Doula: Daytime ($40/hr) Overnight ($45/hr)
