Raised in Idaho and now a mother to two sweet girls, Kelly was drawn to birth work through her own pregnancies and births, experiences that opened her eyes to just how powerful and transformative birth can be.

She believes deeply that a mother’s intuition is wise and worthy of trust. Birth is primarily physiological and beautifully designed, yet sometimes it unfolds in ways we don’t expect. In those moments, she brings calm confidence and a steady presence, helping mothers understand their options and make informed choices whenever possible. Above all, she believes the best way to birth is the way each mother feels safest and most confident.

Her approach is rooted in emotional and physical grounding. She holds space for strength and vulnerability to exist side by side, empowering women to trust their inner knowing and step into birth feeling supported, steady, and capable.

Motherhood is one of her greatest joys. She is a coffee lover, enjoys being outdoors with her family, going for walks, reading, and embracing the challenge and resilience she finds in CrossFit-style workouts, a reminder of just how strong our bodies are.

She believes birth has the power to shape us in beautiful ways, and that every woman deserves to walk through it feeling respected, supported, and empowered.
