What's a Doula?
A Doula is a non-medical professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to individuals and their families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
A doula IS NOT a medical professional and does not provide any medical support. Doula care aims to empower birthing and postpartum people, enhance their sense of control, and promote positive experiences by offering personalized guidance, comfort measures, advocacy, and reassurance throughout the entire birthing journey.

Haylee ended up being our doula the day of our birth and she got me up and moving and comforted me in every way I needed. She not only emotionally and physically supported me, but also my husband. We both are so thankful! Sharina came to our house on a dime when I had some issues breastfeeding and took all my calls/texts with endless questions and offered me guidance.
